The VHCA Planning Committee meets with residents seeking zoning variance requests to discuss the impact of the variance on neighboring properties. Approval or denial recommendations are then made for consideration by the VHCA’s full board of directors.
Meetings are held at 7 PM on the Wednesday before the second Monday of every month. Meetings are normally conducted at the public library on Ponce de Leon Ave. However, due to government holidays, the January 9, July 1 and October 9, 2013 meetings will be held at the offices of Tailfin Marketing, 1246 Virginia Ave., NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30306.
