Sewage spill into Rosedale Road lots

Thanx to Rosedale Road residents David Brandenberger and Tom Spach for their relentless phone calls wading through the watershed management bureaucracies of DeKalb County and the City of Atlanta to bring an end to the raw sewage spill behind the east-side homes on their street, and enlisting the help of reporter Lesley Tanner of Channel 46.
