Great Parks Make Great Neighborhoods
Just blocks from the intersection of Virginia and North Highland, John Howell Park has long been the signature park in our neighborhood—a welcoming space where neighbors of all ages come to play, relax, and connect. As our community continues to grow, now is the time to invest in the park’s future and ensure it remains a safe and vibrant shared space that brings us together.
Friends of John Howell Park is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to preserving and enhancing this treasured green space. Our mission is to protect and improve the park so it can continue to thrive as a vibrant, inclusive gathering place for generations to come.
Join us in shaping the future of John Howell Park—because great neighborhoods deserve great parks!
