A trial for defendant Timothy Kozak is scheduled for August 10th at 9:30 a.m. in CourtRoom 5F in the Fulton County Justice Center downtown. He is one of the group that burglarized and desecrated the Virginia Highland Church and the International Pre-School several months ago.
