The Year of Boulevard

The massive undertaking of changing the current conditions along this major street is well under way, thanx to the cooperation of many public and private entities. http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/apd-opens-new-boulevard-1424322.html I attended this event along with many, many other private citizens from the Old 4th Ward and beyond. I was also glad I was there as I had the pleasure of meeting Major Meadows’ charming wife – the lady who has to share her husband with all of Zone 6. I got a chance to chat with Sergeant Sokloski – our former sector supervisor who is now with the Boulevard strike force – who told me he is really enjoying this new assignment, along with Officer Woolfolk.
