Board Candidacy Declaration

If you are interested in getting more involved in a leadership role in our neighborhood and you have some or all of the below qualifications, we welcome your submission for candidacy.
A successful VHCA board member exhibits the following qualifications:
- proven leadership
- previous board experience
- Virginia-Highland neighborhood knowledge
- community organization experience
- communications
- advocacy
- event planning
- fundraising
- community involvement.
We champion diversity within the community and the board that represents it, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, race, disabilities, etc.
