The Virginia-Highland Civic Association is a non-profit organization committed to maintaining and improving the historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood. The association’s public events – Summerfest and the Tour of Homes - are volunteer-intense productions that generate funding for planning, parks, schools, libraries, community organizations, and nonprofits.
