New Parking Enforcement

The City of Atlanta has farmed out parking enforcement to a private firm – which now means that the “residents only” parking areas in Atkins Park are now being strictly enforced. This involves not only the three Saint streets of Atkins Park proper, but also Briarcliff Place and Arlington Place. I hope to learn more about this initiative and the folks who are enforcing soon – but in the meantime some sketchy info is available at http://www.parkatlanta.org/index.html I know there are problems associated with the number of passes available to the many multi-unit buildings in this area.
