S.H.I.N.E. energy rebates

The SHINE Gold program offers rebates to City of Atlanta homeowners for improvement projects that target how the entire house system uses energy.* Often referred to as a “whole house approach”, the SHINE Gold program includes all improvements that collectively achieve a target energy use goal.
